Purchase and refund procedures for Plus, Pro subscriptions and letter credits.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed through your Google Play account and can be cancelled at any time. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the current period.
Refund requests
Refunds are subject to the store provider's own refund policy (Google Play). Requests must first be made through the store.
Letter credits
Used letter credits cannot be refunded; for unused credits please contact the support team.
